LEGAL NORMS OF THE FREE AND INDEPENDENT INTER-TERRITORIAL NATION OF COSMIC CONSCIOUSNESS

PREFACE

By the will of those who, by their own nature, have presented themselves as Creators of the human race, a Nation is established, characterizing itself and constituting as the basis of its existence a Cosmic Consciousness.

Let it be known that the citizens constituting the Nation of the Cosmic Consciousness do not recognize any higher power, but being one, for the hereby, without any coercion, establish ourselves as a secular community of Sovereign Citizens, to be known henceforth as the Free and Independent Interterritorial Nation of Cosmic Consciousness.

We hereby formalize the basic principles by which we agree to define our government, liberty and sovereignty. We pledge ourselves and our successors to uphold this Constitution.

PART I

 

ABOUT THE NATION - ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
What is a nation, nature of a nation, forms of government, national symbols

- § 1
The Free and Independent Interterritorial Nation of the Cosmic Consciousness

is a sovereign Nation, whose interterritorial government office is located in Lisbon.

- § 2

The Free and Independent Interterritorial Nation of Cosmic Consciousness does not have a specific place on the geopolitical map and administrative structures of the State, but it is formed by people from different countries, nations, cultures and languages. This difference in the understanding of the administrative structures of the State does not prevent us from helping each other and solving together the problems or organizational issues that arise.

It is an innovative nation, with a secular, global, intercultural, transnational character,

transpolitical, preserving neutrality in matters of conflict or grievance, humanistic, scientific, going beyond the generally accepted definitions of what a state and a nation are in their geopolitical structures.

Interterritorial Free and Independent Nation of Cosmic Consciousness forms a Federation - New Federalism combined with elements of the technocratic model.

The national colors are:
- gold: symbolizes awakening
- red: symbolizes energy
- turquoise: symbolizes consciousness

The emblem of the Nation is an octagram, known as Molvinets, which is formed by two swastikas, one red and the other golden on a turquoise background, which are symbols of the identity of our Creators. Surrounding the emblem, on the right and left, are three golden stars; those on the right symbolize observation, experience and action, while the stars on the left indicate awakening, energy and consciousness.

The pillars of Interterritorial Free and Independent Nation of Cosmic Consciousness are the task of promoting secular and humanistic ideals, including:

- socio-cultural development;
- personal freedom and integrity;
- the development of science and its fields currently classified/considered as pseudoscience;
- pragmatism;

These and other fields of socio-cultural, scientific and other life should be promoted in all ways known and unknown to date, but without endangering human life, dignity and sovereignty.

- § 7

Interterritorial Free and Independent Nation of Cosmic Consciousness is non-denominational, which means that it is not and will not be bound to any religion and does not profess any religion; it replaces faith with analysis, research and understanding.

- § 8

Interterritorial Free and Independent Cosmic Consciousness Nation aims to firmly oppose the widely developed disinformation that denies or casts doubt on the existence of other forms of intelligent life, and is committed to defend and assist people who have witnessed this phenomenon in its various forms.

- § 9

Interterritorial Free and Independent Nation of Cosmic Consciousness supports a broadly understood and healthy form of inter-human coexistence, categorically rejecting any kind of manifestations of dictatorship and totalitarianism, both political and religious.

- § 10

Interterritorial Free and Independent Cosmic Consciousness Nation, does not involve itself in the personal beliefs and worldviews of its members.

PART II

FORM OF GOVERNMENT OF THE NATION
ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS - ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES

- § 11

The Nation is headed by a President/Coordinator whose functions and tasks are defined by the relevant legislation. The President, together with the appointed Collegiate Council, coordinates, organizes and ensures the proper development and growth of the nation and the satisfaction of its citizens.

- § 12

The Collegiate Council, also known as the Coordinating Council, represents the Free and Independent Interterritorial Cosmic Consciousness Nation and acts in its interest.

- § 13

The Collegiate Council is composed of representatives from a given territory: state, national or cultural minority, with 27 members. This number is subject to change as our nation's structures expand, but to no more than 37 members.

- § 14
The members of the Collegiate Council shall elect a Coordinator.

- § 15

The Coordinator elects sub-coordinators and advisors from among the members of the Free and Independent Interterritorial Cosmic Consciousness Nation; the number of advisors is at the discretion of the Coordinator.

- § 16
The Collegiate Council shall ensure that all members comply with the rules of the Bylaws.

- § 17

The functions of the Coordinator, in case of unavailability, shall be performed by a sub-coordinator designated by him/her or by a member of the Collegiate Council.

- § 18

The Coordinator, together with the Collegiate Council, represents the unity of the Free and Independent Interterritorial Nation of Cosmic Consciousness.

- § 19

The Interterritorial Coordinator of Interterritorial Free and Independent Interterritorial Nation of Cosmic Consciousness shall be elected by the College Council for the period 4 cosmic cycles of the Earth.

- § 20

The validity of official decisions, decrees and resolutions of our Nation is only valid if they contain the approval of all those responsible for the effective functioning of our social organism.

Provisions approved by a so-called majority vote shall not be accepted.

- § 21

The Coordinator can be removed from office by decision of the Collegiate Council as a consequence of violation of the Constitution, of the norms of our Nation, for harming the Nation, or at his/her own request.

- § 22

The coordinator shall not take an oath at the time of being elected and assuming office. The criteria to be met by the candidate shall be maturity of worldview.

- § 23
Any member of our Nation may appeal to the Collegiate Council.

- § 24

The supreme value of the Free and Independent Interterritorial Nation of Cosmic Consciousness is the inviolability of personal freedom.

- § 25

Members of our inter-territorial community who commit acts contrary to the ideals contained in this Constitutional Charter shall be deprived of their rights of membership with immediate effect.

- § 26

All members of the Free and Independent Interterritorial Nation of Cosmic Consciousness have the right to freely express their opinions.

- § 27

Those responsible for the proper functioning of our Nation may issue decrees and orders to expedite and improve its functioning.

PART III

OBTAINING CITIZENSHIP
ACQUISITION OF NATIONALITY, RIGHTS AND DUTIES DERIVING FROM IT, LOSS OF NATIONALITY

- §28

The nature of our nation allows individuals to apply for citizenship regardless of their place of residence.

- §29

Can be members/citizens of  Free and Independent Interterritorial Nation of Cosmic Consciousness the persons of legal age who: agree, accept or share the content presented in this Regulation. Minors who wish to become members/citizens of our Nation may do so by providing written parental consent.

We mention that each case is considered on an individual basis.

- §30
Applicants for Free and Independent Interterritorial Nation of Cosmic Consciousness citizenship must:
- be at least 15 years old;

- familiarize themselves with the Constitutional Charter [Normativa Jurídica] and basic information about our Nation to make sure it is something they identify with, that will meet their expectations and ambitions.

- Fill out the petition to obtain the nationality and send it to the Delegation of Home Affairs.
- After receiving the confirmation, make the payment of a processing fee equivalent to 25 euro.

- §31
Nationality may be lost as a consequence of:
- flagrant disregard of the principles set forth in the Constitutional Charter; 

- flagrant disregard of the principles set forth in the Constitutional Constitutional Charter;
- harmful activities that are contrary to the principles of our Nation;
- at one's own request;

- §32

The citizens of the Free and Independent Interterritorial Nation of Cosmic Consciousness have the right to education and the acquisition of knowledge that will serve their personal development and lead to self-realization and personal and professional satisfaction.

PART IV

DATATION

ESTABLISHED CALENDAR TIME

- §33

The valid way of calculating the time of the calendar of the Free and Independent Interterritorial Nation of Cosmic Consciousness  is the Annus Novus [Calendar of the New Cosmic Civilization]. The use of the A.N. dates [in addition to the mention of generally accepted dates. in the footnote] is mandatory in all official government documents.

PART V

SOCIAL, TECHNOLOGICAL AND FUTURE ISSUES ON SUPPORT FOR SECULAR, SCIENTIFIC AND EXPERIMENTAL INITIATIVES

- §34

Everyone has the right to support secular, scientific and empirical initiatives that do not conflict with or harm the physical and mental health of the individual.

- §35

Everyone has the right to promote technical and scientific progress for the benefit of health, safety, education, leisure and those areas that contribute to social stability and welfare. 

- §36

Any innovative activity that, in its actions, may indicate a potential to cause harm to the individual or interfere with his or her proper development of the individual may, after careful consideration, be restricted or stopped.

PART VI

E.I.L.F. RESEARCH AND COGNITIVE ISSUES

- §37

The existence of life forms other than their terrestrial counterparts is an undeniable fact.

- §38

Those individuals who, in various ways, have been close witnesses as well as direct or indirect contact with an extraterrestrial intelligent life form, upon investigation of the circumstances, shall be granted witness status. 

On the other hand, those individuals who have suffered damage to their health due to deprivation of the freedom to live because of the interruption of their freedom as a result of extraterrestrial factors, shall, after examination of the circumstances, be granted the status of abducted person in need of specialized care.
