The story begins at the site where the ruins of the ancient city of Arkaim were discovered. Between 1965 and 1968, a group of independent researchers, together with several scientists — initially with the reluctant support of the local authorities — uncovered traces of former settlers who had witnessed events associated with the appearance of unidentified flying objects at this location, comparable to the accounts of the ancient Sumerians.
The group, originally composed of experienced researchers and scientists, was later joined by several active and retired military personnel who brought additional investigative resources and credibility to the endeavour.
Through interviews with residents of the surrounding villages, it became evident that this phenomenon has been occurring since time immemorial. Moreover, there are still living witnesses who have not only observed these phenomena but have also had direct contact with the beings that regularly visit the site.
According to witness accounts, these appearances and contacts with certain individuals were intended to give rise to a human organism — a community — that would carry the responsibility of transmitting information about the existence of other forms of intelligent life.
Despite numerous difficulties encountered from various sides, this led to the gradual organisation of a community, and ultimately of a nation — one characterised by a fundamentally different kind of consciousness: cosmic consciousness.
The creation of this social organism was included in the Lisbon Message of 10540-02-09 A.N. (Quintidi) — 14 February 2021.
