About the Interterritorial Nation of Cosmic Consciousness

The INCC was established following communications from non-terrestrial intelligences who identified themselves as foundational creators of humanity. These contacts occurred between 2016 and 2021 (years 10535–10540 in the INCC calendar).

We represent a project of a modern interterritorial nation that encompasses energetic, technological, and futuristic dimensions — a social and educational order oriented toward the future.

Our approach to contemporary democratic politics is grounded in the conviction that many societal challenges could be addressed more efficiently through alternative frameworks of governance and consciousness.
