The INCC operates beyond the conventional framework of inter-state diplomacy. We recognise that our Nation does not fall within the definitions traditionally recognised in international law; however, the same body of international law — particularly the principles enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights — guarantees our existence, our right to self-determination, and our legitimacy as a community of sovereign citizens.
The INCC is not in competition with any existing nation, nor does it seek to challenge the sovereignty of any state. Our interterritorial nature means that our citizens are already residents of countries across the world, and we respect the laws of their respective territories. What unites us is not a border, but a shared consciousness and a common vision for the future of humanity.
While formal diplomatic relations with established nations are not currently anticipated — owing to the fundamental difference in our understanding of governance, consciousness, and civilisational development — the INCC remains open to dialogue, cultural exchange, and cooperation with any nation, institution, or individual that approaches us with sincerity and mutual respect.
We believe that meaningful international relations need not require diplomatic recognition in the traditional sense. They can be built on shared values, intellectual honesty, and a genuine commitment to the advancement of human consciousness.
