Citizenship — Criteria in the Admission Process

The INCC welcomes applicants who identify with the following criteria:

  1. People characterised by an awareness of humanity's deep integration with the cosmos, and in particular the existence of extraterrestrial beings from whom life on Earth originated;
  2. People who have personally experienced a contact or close encounter with an alien intelligence;
  3. People whose intuition tells them that we are not alone in the universe;
  4. People who are not limited by doctrinal or dogmatic conditions;
  5. People who embrace the freedom expressed in the motto of the Royal Society: "Nullius in verba" — take nobody's word for it. It expresses the determination to resist the dominance of authority and to verify all statements by reference to facts established through observation and experiment.

Benefits of Membership

There are many people who are described as stateless — persons who, for various reasons, do not identify with any state and its organised political-religious form. Holding an interterritorial, independent nationality of Cosmic Consciousness allows one to remain neutral in many social issues that are subject to change, changes most often unfavourable to personal life and development.

The Interterritorial Nation of Cosmic Consciousness is open to:

  • stateless people;
  • people who feel alienated in their own country;
  • people who are subject to the established laws of their own country, but whose understanding of statehood differs from the modern, general definition of a state;
  • people who, because of their unconventional beliefs about their origins, are marginalised in society and hindered in the process of self-realisation by dogmatic or doctrinal restrictions.

All those who identify with any of these points can join the INCC and become its members/citizens.

The Official Document

Each citizen receives an Identity Card and a Certificate of Citizenship — official documents to be printed and kept in a safe place. A certified digital copy is additionally sent by email for secure keeping.

In accordance with Article §30 of the Constitutional Charter, the submission of the citizenship application is free of charge. A processing fee equivalent to 25 euro applies exclusively to the issuance of the official documentation, and includes: the issuance of the Identity Document, the Certificate of Citizenship, dispatch by registered mail, an additional copy sent by email, and the organisation of local and international meetings for the community.

Steps to Obtain Citizenship

  1. Submit the citizenship request through the online application form;
  2. Complete and return the questionnaire and supporting documents;
  3. Once the application is approved, the processing fee of 25 euro covers the issuance of the official documents (application itself is free of charge);
  4. The documentation is dispatched to your postal address: the Welcome Letter, the Certificate of Citizenship and the ID Card.
