To the Heads of State and Government of recognized nations:
We present for your consideration a pact to protect persons connected to cosmic consciousness and convinced of the existence of other forms of extraterrestrial life, against any form of verbal, psychological, or suggestive aggression.
The basis of this proposal lies in the work of Dr. John Mack, professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and recipient of the Pulitzer Prize. Through years of clinical investigation, Dr. Mack documented hundreds of cases of individuals who described experiences that challenge conventional understanding of reality. His findings highlighted a recurring pattern: these individuals are frequently dismissed, ridiculed, or subjected to psychological pressure by both institutional and social actors.
This pact calls upon nations to:
Recognize the right of individuals to hold and express convictions related to cosmic consciousness without fear of retaliation.
Prevent verbal, psychological, or suggestive aggression toward such persons in public, institutional, and media contexts.
Promote an environment of open inquiry and respect, consistent with the principles of freedom of thought and expression enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
We respectfully invite your government to review this proposal and consider its adoption.
