The handing over of diplomatic appointments takes place in the Turquoise Salon.

In the Salon, in the presence of members of the Collegial Council and invited guests, the President presents the diplomatic appointments.

Posthumous Honorary Citizenship Titles:

By decision of the President of the INCC [nterritorial Space Consciousness Nation], the former late Canadian Minister of National Defence Paul Hellyer has been awarded the posthumous title of Honorary Citizen of the Interterritorial Space Consciousness Nation.

 
 
Dr. John E. Mack
